Serial burst mode programming

The Serial BURST mode data format is as follows: *PRMM<cr>

Pxxxxxxxx = OPTIONAL Password (ID).

* = Indicates burst mode.

P = Recvr Port Number 1 or 2.

R = Receiver Type: <V> for Variable (StarGuide II and/or III,

Wegener Unity 4000)

MM = Channel number.

<cr> = Carriage return, End of string. (DO-IT)
